JP Morgan expects aluminium prices to rise another $100 a tonne in the fourth quarter

"From 2017, demand growth will exceed capacity growth, leading to improved operating capacity and higher aluminium prices," analysts at Citi said."

JP Morgan chase (JPMorgan) analysts expected in the fourth quarter, aluminum prices will rise to $100 a tonne, they pointed out that the "collective market to realize that although this year China aluminum inventories increased more than 3 times, but the supply side reform is already a reality, it is better to support the aluminum".

They added, "however, price increases could prompt smelters outside China to restart production and push the global market into surplus."."
