1060 a small amount of copper element is added to the pure aluminum, which has excellent forming processing characteristics, high corrosion resistance, good weldability and conductivity. 1060, it is widely used in products with low strength requirements, such as chemical instruments, sheet metal processing parts, deep drawing or spinning concave containers, welding parts, heat exchangers, clock surfaces and disk surfaces, nameplates, kitchenware, decorations, reflectors and so on.

Fast annealing: the heating temperature is 350~410 degrees centigrade; with the effective thickness of the material, the heat preservation time is between 30 and 120min; air or water is cold. High temperature annealing temperature 350 to 500 DEG C; the finished thickness is not less than 6mm, the holding time is 10 ~ 30min, <6mm, heat through air cooling so far. Low temperature annealing: the heating temperature is 150~250 degrees centigrade; the heat preservation time is 2 ~ 3H; air or water is cold.
